Fall 2018 Shoe List

Shoes are my favorite part of an outfit. I personally believe that shoes can make or break an outfit. They define whether or not an event is fancy or casual. Think about it! If you wear a sundress, you can wear flip flops and make it one of the most relaxed looks in fashion, or you can wear wedges with it and be ready for any event!
I decided to compile a list of shoes that I think will be fantastic for the fall, from those warm beginning days to those chilly days towards winter where you're not sure how covered up is too covered up.

We cannot deny that pink is in. What's also in? Combat boots. So to quote that adorable little girl from the El Paso commercial, "Why Not Both?" These can be worn with pants and dresses! Super versatile and super comfortable. I tried them on since these are a real splurge, and I can't wait until these go on sale!

I absolutely love these over the knee boots. The heel is at a perfect height where they aren't too high, but they're high enough to make your legs look AMAZING! The pointed toe makes it sharp, and the tie in the back is the perfect little accent. One thing in particular that I love about these boots is that they're over-the-knee, but they're short enough for short people! I had a difficult time finding over the knee boots that weren't grazing the bottom of my bottom (Yes, that was a real problem, it's why I don't have the Stuart Weitzman boots! Quite frankly I'm glad because these are also less expensive.) I have them in gray, but am looking into getting them in black for this year!

Timberland Boots are back and better than ever! Now they're water-proof, meaning you can wear them more often. I know Timberland boots used to have an issue when they got wet, but now there's no need to worry about that anymore! With more colors, you can now match them to your fall outfits easier than ever!

Ankle rain boots have been gaining popularity lately; they're great because they're much easier to put on than knee-high boots, and they're cute rain boots without being over the top. These also come in black, but these can go with a cute dress for those drizzling days.

Personally, I'm biased towards pointy-toed shoes; my mother and grandmother loathe shoes with rounded toes, and I guess it was passed on! These are super sharp, can be worn with a lot of different outfits, and are super comfy! They also come in a bunch of different colors.

What kind of fall list would this be if I didn't have UGGs on this list? Even if you don't like the look of regular UGGs, these look like normal boots, but still have the comfort of UGGs. These are also now waterproof, which is great since UGGs used to make your feet freezing when they were wet. Now? It's the perfect boot for that November rain.

I love these because they don't cover up the skinniest part of your leg, making your legs appear long and lean. These are perfect for work AND for going out with the girls on a Friday night. Super reasonable price too, I would get them in the red suede also!

These are the most adorable pumps I've seen in a long time! These are perfect for work or for a formal event. The heel is even high enough for my standards, which is saying something!
Let me know if you have any shoes to add on to this list!
